    • What’s Included: An extensive variety of cuts (including steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more) reflecting the proportions within the animal.

    Additional Information:

    • Hanging Weight: Our estimated hanging weight is 650-800 pounds for a whole beef. Hanging weight is measured after the animal has been processed (head, hide, feet, entrails, and organs removed). This is not the final boxed weight of the beef you will receive.

    • Bonsmara Beef:

      • Yes, we use bulls in our beef program. While many believe bulls make for tough meat, our experience has proven otherwise. We butchered three bulls last year, and it was the best beef we’ve ever had off our ranch.

      • It comes down to two key factors: the age of the animal and low-stress management. By carefully managing these factors, we ensure tender, flavorful beef that rivals or surpasses traditional steer meat.

      • Bonsmara cattle are known for their adaptability, tenderness, and high beef quality, making them ideal for our approach.

    • Finishing Process:

      • Grain-finished for 60-90 days to achieve a balanced, tender flavor without the excessive fat typical of grocery store beef.

    • Ethical & Low-Stress Practices:

      • Raised entirely on our ranch with humane, low-stress practices.

      • We prioritize traditional, ethical management practices to ensure quality beef that respects both the cattle and the land.
